Returns will only be accepted in the event of genuine damage to the product upon delivery. We kindly ask our valued customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon receipt and notify us immediately of any concerns regarding the condition of the item. To initiate a return due to damage, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear documentation of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly assist you in resolving the matter promptly and ensuring your complete satisfaction

Also Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and should have all the original tags and packaging. Once your return is processed, the full product price, including taxes, will be returned to you. Any additional shipping charges, if paid, are not returned.

Our warehouse team typically takes around 48-72 hours to inspect all items due for returns or exchanges. Once approved, it’ll take upto 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your back account in case of a refund.

For an exchange, we’ll ship out your new size/product once the pickup is completed.

Exchanges will be considered for sizing discrepancies or customization errors on our part. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that the item remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Additionally, exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
